Co-Founder & President
With more than a decade of SAP consulting experience, Gerald co-founded ConsultingNetwork Business Solutions (CNBS) LLC, in 2009.
Prior to this, Gerald led his own SAP consultancy — as a highly respected expert, Gerald has consulted on major SAP installations in more than a dozen countries across 4 continents. Since 2004 Gerald had provided SAP support in the US to subsidiaries of European companies including: MAG, Colonial Life Insurance, Lawrenceburg Distillers, Tyrolit and SEZ America.
Gerald began his career on new SAP installations for companies primarily in Austria and Germany –including Tyrolit, SEZ AG, Voestalpine AG, Lenzig AG, and Fritz Egger GmbH. During this time he worked directly with SAP technologists, including work on the first CRM 4.0 e-Selling customer. During this period he gained an extraordinarily deep understanding of SAP ERP and developed contacts that he would leverage to build CNBS.
Gerald received his education at the HAK Business Academy in Schwaz, Austria and at the Technical University of Vienna.
Co-founder and COO
Glenn Bitzenhofer has over 30 years in Information Technology, starting as a programmer and taking on broader responsibilities culminating in the co-founding of CNBS in 2009.
He has been a leader in organizational and systems development, IT operations, outsourcing and strategic planning and has built and managed IT organizations in more than a dozen countries on 5 continents. As CNBS COO, Glenn has provided leadership through the early rapid growth of the company.
Prior to CNBS, Glenn provided IT consulting and filled interim CIO positions with several firms including a number of fast growing Cincinnati, mid-sized companies. He worked 26+ years with the Procter & Gamble Company, and ending with Hewlett Packard. He held various high level management positions over the years including IT Director of global organizations such as P&G Pharmaceuticals, e-Business Infrastructure, Asia/Pacific Region Infrastructure, and Global Computing and Telecommunications.
Glenn attended the University of Cincinnati receiving a BA and an MS in Mathematics. He also earned an MBA from Xavier University while working at P&G.
Chief Financial Officer
Jason Greene brought his extensive finance and accounting experience within the software/IT industry to CNBS as CFO in August 2012.
Prior to co-founding an accounting and finance consulting firm in 2005, Jason served as an audit manager in the Cincinnati office of Grant Thornton LLP. During his 14 year accounting career, Jason has served public and private companies in a wide array of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, real estate, hospitality, and technology.
Jason received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Director of Global Services
Scott has spent the last 28 years in the Information Technologies discipline–last 17 years specifically managing and implementing SAP/eCommerce solutions.
Introduced to SAP in 1996 during the Siemens Global SAP implementation, Scott continued on to manage and implement SAP with various consulting firms such as IBM, Accenture, itelligence and Metamor.
Scott has held many positions in his IT tenure, such as SAP SD Team Lead, SAP SD Manager/Solution Architect, SAP Development Manager (SAP All-In-One Solutions), Technical Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Global Engagement Manager and currently Director – Global Services. He has diverse industry experience including Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Wholesale Distribution, CPG, Apparel & Footwear, Leasing, Forestry/Pulp/Paper, Animal Health and High Tech.
Scott is a graduate of Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio) and holds various industry specific and SAP certifications.
Office Manager and Accountant
Since joining CNBS in 2009, Jessica Fangman has been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CNBS office.
Jessica’s role includes facility management, finance/accounting, travel coordination, and event management. Jessica’s previous 11 years of experience across a variety of positions within tax accounting and audit include stints with Van Gorder-Walker CPA and Munninghoff-Lange CPA.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting/minor in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
